How does the document limit work?
Document limits are calculated based on the number of documents processed through our AI system each month. A document is defined as a file up to 50 pages. If you exceed your monthly limit, additional documents will be charged at a per-document rate. Unused document allocations do not roll over to the next month.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time, and the new features will be available immediately. The price difference will be prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. There are no penalties for changing your plan.
Is there a contract or commitment?
Monthly plans can be canceled at any time. Annual plans are paid upfront for the year and offer a 20% discount compared to monthly billing. If you cancel an annual plan before the year is complete, we'll provide a prorated refund for the unused portion minus the equivalent of two months of service.
How does the free trial work?
Our 10-day free trial gives you full access to all features of the Professional plan. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial, you can choose to subscribe to any of our plans or your account will automatically downgrade to a limited free version that allows you to view previously processed documents but not process new ones.
Are there any setup or hidden fees?
There are no setup fees or hidden costs with our standard plans. The price you see is the price you pay. For Enterprise clients, there may be custom implementation fees depending on the complexity of your needs, which will be clearly outlined in your custom proposal.
Is my data secure?
Yes, we take security very seriously. All plans include HIPAA-compliant storage with AES-256 encryption, role-based access controls, and regular security audits. Your data is never used to train our AI models, and we maintain strict data segregation between clients. We also provide detailed audit logs and can sign Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) as needed.
What happens if I need more documents than my plan allows?
If you exceed your monthly document limit, you have two options: you can upgrade to a higher tier plan, or you can pay for additional documents at our per-document rate ($5/document for Basic, $3/document for Professional, and $2/document for Premium plans). We'll notify you when you reach 80% of your monthly limit so you can decide which option works best for you.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or educational institutions?
Yes, we offer special pricing for qualified non-profit organizations, educational institutions, and veterans service organizations. Please contact our sales team for more information about our discount program and to verify your eligibility.
Can I migrate my data if I decide to leave?
Absolutely. We believe your data is yours. If you decide to leave our platform, we provide comprehensive data export tools that allow you to download all your documents and associated metadata in standard formats. We retain your data for 30 days after account closure to ensure you have ample time to migrate everything you need.
